For agents and property managers
Book a real estate photographer online and have the listing ready by morning.
If your photographer uses FotoPal, you book shoots from their link against their real availability and drive times, send access notes and title plans with the booking, and receive photos, floor plans, video and listing copy on one branded page with portal-ready sizes. A separate homeowner page never shows a price.
Your photographer adds you; you sign in with an emailed link, Google or Apple. No sign-up form.

Booking to delivery
An agent portal for real estate photography, from the first click to the gallery
Book against real availability
The times you are offered are the times the photographer is actually free, with the drive from the previous job already counted and dusk shoots at the right time. Two working days’ notice confirms itself; anything sooner, or outside their usual area, goes to them to decide rather than being refused.
Everything on one link
Photos, floor plans, video and listing copy on one branded page the moment the studio delivers, with portal-ready download sizes and files named the way your office wants them. Share the link or download the lot.
A page for the homeowner that never shows a price
Send the vendor their own page: the photos and the plan, nothing about what the shoot cost. Prices live on the agency’s invoice and nowhere a seller can see them.
Access notes and title plans go with the booking
Lockbox codes, the on-site contact, title plans and maps travel with the booking straight to the photographer’s phone, and stay private to the studio until it chooses to share them back.
Your office, your roles
Principal, office admin, teams, agents and assistants each see what they should. An assistant can book, reschedule or withdraw a request on an agent’s behalf; nobody rings the photographer mid-shoot.
The FotoPal Agent app, in review
For iPhone and iPad: every delivered property, booking against the studio’s free times, and documents to the photographer. In App Review; until it is released everything here works from your photographer’s link in any browser.
What arrives
The whole listing, portal-ready.
Photos in the sizes the portals accept, the floor plan with its 3D dollhouse, the video, the copy, and the aerial with the boundary marked and the clean file beside it. Order the floor plan with the booking and it arrives on the same page.

Questions
What agents ask
How do I book a real estate photographer who uses FotoPal?
From the booking link your photographer gives you, or from the FotoPal Agent app when it is on the App Store. Choose the property or enter a new address, pick the services and add-ons your agency has agreed with the studio, and see the times that are actually free, dusk included. The slot is held while the studio confirms.
Can I send the photographer title plans and access notes?
Yes. Title plans, maps, access notes and the on-site contact travel with the booking, straight to the photographer’s phone, and documents stay private to the studio until it chooses to share them back. On the day the photographer has the lockbox code and directions in FotoPal Studio, so nobody rings you mid-inspection to ask.
What do I receive when the shoot is delivered?
Photos, floor plans, video and listing copy on one branded gallery page, with portal-ready download sizes and files named the way your agency wants them. A separate homeowner page never shows a price, so you can send it to the vendor as it is. The studio may release the gallery once its invoice is paid.
Who at my agency can see what?
Principal, office admin, teams, agents and their assistants each see exactly what they should, with the agency’s own brand on its galleries. The homeowner gets a separate page that never shows a price. Nobody needs a FotoPal account to open a gallery link or the homeowner page; booking and managing properties needs the sign-in your studio invites you to.
Can I photograph a property myself?
When your studio offers it, yes. Shoot it yourself, on Studio Pro and Studio Pro Plus, gives you a guided shot list in the FotoPal Agent app; the studio's AI editor enhances every photo and you publish the gallery when it looks right. It suits a rental or a quick re-list where a full shoot is not warranted.
Do I need an account or an app?
No account is needed to open a gallery link or the homeowner page. To book shoots and manage your properties, your studio invites you; you then sign in with your email and password, or with Google or an emailed link, in a browser. FotoPal Agent for iPhone and iPad is coming soon to the App Store, and uses the same sign-in.
