How much does FotoPal cost?+
The Free plan is US$0 for 1 photographer and 5 listings a month. Studio is US$55 a month, Studio Pro is US$139 a month and Studio Pro Plus is US$209 a month, plus applicable tax, with 3, 10 and 10 photographers included. Pay yearly and you pay for 10 months. AI editing and the other extras are billed as you use them, in US$50 steps.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes: 30 days of every feature on any paid plan, with no card. Sign up at fotopal.ai/start, sign in with Google, Apple or your email, and your studio is live immediately with a checklist that walks you to your first published gallery. After 30 days choose a plan or carry on with the Free plan for good.
What do the AI extras cost?+
An AI-edited photo is A$0.75 to A$0.95 depending on your plan, after your plan's included photos (100 a month on Studio, 250 on Studio Pro). Day to dusk and AI photo edits are A$1.50 each, virtual staging A$4 an image, a 3D floor plan render A$2 and listing copy A$1. Prices are in Australian dollars here; the pricing page shows each in New Zealand and US dollars. Extras go on a running tally charged in A$50 steps.
How does FotoPal pricing compare with per-listing delivery tools?+
FotoPal is a flat subscription, in Australian dollars including GST, New Zealand dollars with no GST charged, or US dollars before tax, with AI editing metered per photo, rather than a fee on every delivery. Booking, scheduling, delivery galleries and Xero invoicing are inside the plan price; only the AI extras you choose to use are billed as you go, in A$50 steps.
How does annual billing work?+
Pay for 10 months up front and get twelve. On Studio that is US$550 for the year instead of US$55 a month — two months free, a saving of US$110.
When am I billed?+
The day you first pay becomes your anniversary. A monthly plan renews on that day each month, paid a month in advance; an annual plan renews on that date each year. Subscribe on the 31st and you renew on the 31st of each month, or the last day of shorter months — the last day of February, then the 31st again in March.
What happens with extras like AI editing and staging?+
They go on a running tally in your plan’s currency. Each time the tally reaches US$50 we charge your card in whole US$50 steps and carry the remainder forward, so you are billed as you go rather than surprised at the end of the month. Anything under US$50 when your subscription renews goes on that renewal invoice, and on cancellation it goes on your final invoice.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Paid plans roll month to month until you cancel, and each period is paid in advance. When you cancel, your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
What counts as a photo?+
One finished image FotoPal edits with AI. The bracketed exposures you shoot for that image are merged into it and it counts once. Your plan’s included photos are used first each month; after that, each photo is charged at your plan’s price. Day to dusk, virtual staging and 3D renders are separate items with their own prices. Each plan also has a cap on AI-edited photos per listing — that is a limit, not a charge.
What about floor plans?+
You link your own CubiCasa account to FotoPal on every plan, order the plan from the booking, and CubiCasa bills you directly for drawing it. FotoPal adds nothing to that. The 3D render of a plan is FotoPal’s own and is priced as an extra, US$1.50 per render.
What does Studio Pro Plus add?+
Everything in Studio Pro, plus an AI phone line and a CRM: agents ring to book a shoot, you ring to run your day, and you can SMS and email agents and vendors from FotoPal. Each month includes 100 AI call minutes and 100 SMS. Beyond that, calls are US$0.42 a minute and SMS US$0.14 each, on the same running tally and US$50 steps as the other extras.
How is tax handled in Australia, New Zealand and the US?+
FotoPal’s own prices: Australian-dollar prices include Australian GST (10%). New Zealand-dollar prices: no GST is charged. US-dollar prices are shown before tax; any sales tax that applies where you are is added at checkout. Your own invoices to agencies go out in your currency with your tax — GST at 10% in Australia, GST at 15% in New Zealand, and sales tax at the studio’s own rate in the US, labelled as tax, not GST — and post to Xero, in Australia, New Zealand and the US.
