Agents book without ringing you on the roof
On Studio, agents and their assistants book from your link against your real calendar, with drive time between jobs and the service area you set. Two working days’ notice to auto-confirm; anything inside that, outside the fence or unusual comes to you as a request, never a refusal.
Your day on your phone, your watch and the car
FotoPal Studio for iPhone: today’s shoots with access notes, lockbox codes and directions, Arrived and Departed on the record, capture and upload from the driveway. Apple Watch and CarPlay are built in and it works without signal.
A mileage log that writes itself
Start the day as you leave home, tap Arrived and Departed at each property, end the day when you are back. The drives between them land in a mileage record your accountant will accept — and a missed tap can be added afterwards.

What does a solo photographer get for free?
On the Free plan, one photographer gets the client portal, delivery galleries, invoicing with Xero sync and the agent app's gallery view for up to 5 listings a month, at no cost and with no time limit. AI editing is pay as you go at A$0.95 a photo with a card on file, up to 20 AI-edited photos on a listing.
What does the Studio plan add for one photographer?
Studio, at A$79 a month including GST (NZ$89 in New Zealand with no GST charged, US$55 in the US before tax), adds agent self-booking against your real calendar, the dispatch board and route map, the iPhone app with Apple Watch and CarPlay, unlimited listings, 100 AI-edited photos a month included, and the per-listing packages you can resell to agents. It covers up to 3 photographers, so there is room to grow.
Can I invoice straight from the booking?
Yes. The invoice writes itself off the booking in your currency, every line with its tax (GST or sales tax) and Xero account code, with travel and no-show fees as their own lines. It lands in Xero as an awaiting-payment invoice, and when the payment is reconciled there, FotoPal marks it paid and unlocks the gallery if you chose pay-before-release for that client.
How does the mileage log work?
Start the day from home, or from where you are staying overnight, so the first and last legs count. Arrived and Departed taps on your iPhone, Apple Watch or CarPlay screen timestamp each visit against the booking, and the drives between them land in a mileage record your accountant will accept. Add a missed event afterwards if you forgot to tap.
Do I still get the final say on every image?
Yes. Pal groups the brackets, merges the exposures, pulls the windows and straightens the verticals, then gives you finished files to approve. The ten one-click fixes, from pool water to the photographer in the mirror, are yours to apply or not. Nothing ships to the agent until you approve it, and you can ask Pal for another edit if the first is not right.
Does FotoPal work without signal on a rural job?
Yes. Today's and tomorrow's shoots, with access notes and directions, are on the phone and the watch before you leave. Arrivals, departures, field notes and reference photos wait safely on the phone and sync when you are back online, and captured brackets upload once there is signal. Rural blocks and basement car parks are an ordinary day.
