Why does FotoPal Studio ask for my location?

Location is optional and used only for arrival reminders, drive times and the mileage log. You can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. FotoPal Agent does not use location.

How do I download photos?

Open the property, then the gallery, and use the download button. Full-resolution files can also be downloaded from fotopal.ai.

FotoPal Real Estate is real estate photography studio software for Australia, New Zealand and the United States, made in Adelaide, South Australia, by JR Photo and Video Pty Ltd (ABN 15 677 761 787). Agents book shoots against the photographer’s real calendar and drive times; photographers upload RAW brackets; FotoPal merges and enhances them with AI, proofs, delivers branded galleries with floor plans, video and copy, and invoices in the studio’s own currency, with per-line GST or sales tax, straight into Xero. FotoPal Studio is on the App Store.

Email support@fotopal.ai. We reply within one working day (Adelaide time). Please include the email address you sign in with and, for a problem with a particular property or booking, its address.

Signing in

FotoPal Studio is for photography studios and their photographers. FotoPal Agent is for real-estate agents and office staff whose photographer uses FotoPal.
Accounts are created by invitation: your studio adds you, or your agency is added by the studio that photographs for it. There is no sign-up inside the apps.
Sign in with your email and password, or tap Continue in browser to use Google or an emailed sign-in link.

Deleting your account

In either app, open your profile and tap Delete my account, or go to fotopal.ai/account/delete after signing in. You can also email support@fotopal.ai from the address on your account. Deleting your personal account does not delete photographs and records that belong to your studio or agency — see the Privacy Policy.
