Yes. Studio includes 3 photographers and Studio Pro includes 10, each with more at A$29 and A$22 a month. Can office staff have their own logins?
Yes. Studio includes 2 office logins and Studio Pro and Studio Pro Plus have unlimited office logins, separate from photographer seats. Office staff see the dispatch board, requests, invoices and galleries without a camera in hand, and the owner's dashboard shows shoots in the next seven days, outstanding invoices by client and requests waiting on a decision.
How does FotoPal bill each agency?
Each agency gets its own billing cycle, its agreed services and add-ons, and its own file-naming rules. The invoice is written from the booking in the studio’s currency (AUD, NZD or USD), with per-line GST or sales tax and Xero account codes, travel and no-show fees as their own lines, and pay-before-release for new clients so the gallery unlocks when the money lands. Payments reconciled in Xero are posted back to FotoPal, so nobody chases twice.
Can I pay contractor photographers through FotoPal?
Yes, on Studio Pro and Studio Pro Plus. Set a rate card per package or product, run pay on delivered jobs, and each contractor gets a statement while a draft bill is posted to Xero for the run. The same job that produced the agency's invoice produces the contractor's pay line, so nothing is re-keyed between two sets of books.
Can the galleries carry my studio’s brand and domain?
Yes. Every plan delivers branded galleries with the agency's brand on their pages; Studio Pro and Studio Pro Plus add your own domain and branding across the portal, so agents see your studio and not FotoPal. A separate homeowner page never shows a price. Files are named the way each agency wants them, with portal-ready download sizes.
What is the AI phone line?
Part of Studio Pro Plus. Agents ring your studio's own line and it quotes from your live price list, checks real availability and the drive, verifies the caller by text and puts the request in your queue; it cannot confirm a job or touch an invoice. You ring, give your PIN, and have a job booked, confirmed or moved between shoots without pulling over.
How long does a studio take to set up?
Your studio is live the moment you sign in, and a checklist takes you from logo and price list to your first published gallery. Invite your photographers and they sign in to FotoPal Studio on their iPhones the same day. Connect Xero and a Google Calendar when you are ready.
